Aging For A Better Today & Tomorrow

March 9, 2021

It’s no secret that getting older can kind of suck. Since turning 50, most of my research has been on the very subject of fighting age, or at the very least slowing it down. I’ve read some wonderful books on the subject, and the most scientifically proven data studies cell health. Telomeres, the end on each of our cells, appears to have the greatest impact on how we age. It has been found that if these telomeres shorten on our head, our hair will turn gray, telomeres shorten on cells that determine skin health and we lose collagen.

This is huge information, as now they can actually study the effects different nutritional components have on cells and their telomere length. Current studies have shown that a product TA65 is proven to increase telomeres, but is awfully expensive. A bottle of 30 capsules comes in at about $100, and its best taken at least twice a day. You won’t see results for at least 2-3 months. TA65 is an extract of Astragalus and in my opinion, you could probably take that instead and reap the results. I did give in and purchase a bottle of the TA65, but I am supplementing it with Astragalus. Their are other nutritional supplements that have promising hope for your telomere length, but they too are expensive, which has inspired me to seek other options. As of now, I am investigating creating a product that would have all of the best ingredients to encourage cell health, and at an affordable price. As more information comes available, I will share.

Have a great week and make good choices!
